State of Kansas employees and health plan members can order a FREE 2013 wellness wall calendar that includes some tasty recipes and fitness tips.  We’ve been giving calendars away to subscribers of the blog for years – a little reward for being a subscriber.

HOW TO ORDER
To request your free calendar, please go to:  https://khap.kdhe.state.ks.us/winterfit/

• Building mail saves us postage, so if you work in Topeka and your State agency uses building mail, select the radio button on the web order form for “Topeka.”
• If you work outside of Topeka or your agency does not use building mail (some Judicial offices), select the radio button for “All Other Locations.”

We’ll bundle orders when mailing calendars, so it may take a week or so to receive it.

SUBSCRIBE TO THE BLOG
